Arenga Palm Sugar

Organic Arenga palm sugar is produced from the sap of the Arenga Pinnata plant. The collected sap is boiled and evaporated to separate water from the sap at 0.5% to 2% concentration. The thickened sap is ground and filtered with granular mesh 16. The coconut sugar powder is dehydrated by machine and packed in food-grade packaging free from physical, biological, and chemical contamination.

Palm Nectar Syrup

Organic palm nectar syrup is made from 100% organic golden nectar of palm tree (Arenga Pinnata). The collected sap from the tree is boiled and evaporated until thickened between 62% and 75% Brix. Organic palm nectar is packed in food-grade packaging free from physical, biological, and chemical contamination.

Coconut Sugar Powder

Organic coconut sugar powder is produced from the sap of the cut flower buds of the coconut tree. The collected sap is boiled until thickened. Then, the thickened sap is grinded until it becomes fine powder.
The coconut sugar powder is dehydrated by machine and packed in food-grade packaging.

Coconut Nectar Syrup

Organic coconut nectar is produced from the sap of cut flower buds of the coconut tree. This nectar is made by boiling the sap until thickened (between 30% to 70% Brix) in evaporator.
Organic coconut nectar is packed in food-grade packaging free from physical, biological, and chemical contamination.
